With honor and respect,..... May peace and joy reign in your heart always!
It is of great privilege having this rare opportunity for a youngster like me sending you a missive message, which I am sure you would accord your immediate response, as you assured upon your assumption of office to look into the welfare of the youth in all aspects, most especially in matters of Education.
In view hereof, may I then the honored to request for a construction of library with complete facilities so that, we, the youth of our barangay (Don Lorenzo Querubin, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur) who are unfortunates in living state but dedicated to study; will have an adequate facilities for research in relation to our studies, as we do not have enough for such expenditures.
The existence of such will, sharpens our intellectual capabilities and will encourage us in the pursuit of our aspirations in life despite life poverty.
I do hope for your appropriate action on this matter.
